- Have the students click on the Kid Pix Icon to open the program
- Login by typing their name
- Go to File and choose open
- Click on the First grade folder to open it.
- Click on the House template
- Select the drawing tool
- Choose the color green from color palette
- Choose the first or second pencil size option
- Draw a line from the bottom sides of the house to the sides of the picture for grass
- Select the fill bucket and choose the color for grass
- Click in the grass to fill
- Choose a color for the sky
- click in the sky to fillol
- Click on the rubber stamp tool
- Choose a folder
- Stamp your picture with the appropriate stamps to show the different items in a house.
- Select the text tool and type your name after by.
- Save your picture
